Building Brands People Trust
Product & Industrial Design Trained, I've spent over a decade applying that foundation across three luxury industries — each one demanding the same thing: technical mastery paired with an eye for what makes a brand feel right.
At Marni and Christian Dior, that design eye meant a hands-on understanding of materials — how they're made, cared for, and why craftsmanship matters at every price point. At GROHE and Kohler, it meant technical specification — translating design intent into sanitary solutions engineered to exacting standards. From there, I moved into smart-home design, architecting systems for large-scale private residences, where every integration had to work flawlessly and disappear into the background.
Three industries taught me to see what others miss — and to build it properly once I do. That's the expertise I bring to every brand I work with, whether it's an established name or a founder building from the ground up.
In 2018, I co-founded The Scarlet Company from my own experience — fifteen years of period pain that no remedy solved. It took four years of research into western and traditional herbs, working alongside a naturopath and Singapore's health authorities, before Scarlet was born: a vegan, gluten-free formula grounded in that research. From there, I led product, brand, and e-commerce — building a Shopify platform, growing a 175-member women's health community, and securing partnerships with Virgin Active, F45, and DBS. By 2023, the brand was fully plastic-free.
That chapter closed in 2024. What I walked away with is something no job title could teach: a real, ground-level understanding of what it takes to build a brand people trust — not the theory of it, the practice.
If you're building something you care about, let's talk about how I can help.
